Troubleshooting

Bone Collector not visible

In portrait mode, the meter may be above the grid — scroll up slightly. Or try landscape mode where it sits alongside the grid.

Bone progress seems wrong

Only Pug Wilds in WINNING clusters add bones. Wilds that land but don't form clusters don't count. Check the meter after winning spins specifically.

Stacked wilds slow on Free Spins

Disable battery saver. Stacked wild reveals are the most GPU-intensive animation. Enable Turbo Mode for faster reveals.

No sound

Check silent mode. iOS needs first tap for audio. Pug bark sounds are tied to the SFX volume slider.

Meter reset after returning

Bone Collector persistence varies by casino. Some save between sessions, others reset. Check with your casino's support if unexpected.

Touch unresponsive during bonus

Free Spins animations play automatically. Touch input resumes after each spin completes. Don't tap rapidly — it can queue unwanted actions.
